My AC went out on a Friday evening during the summer so I ended up talking to Trent on-call. With my electrical background (but not with AC), Trent was extremely helpful telling me how to troubleshoot the issue when he had no obligation to do so. Throughout the weekend, I continued to troubleshoot the issue until I exhausted every option and had to call in the experts. The lady who answered the phone (I wish I could remember her name) was also very polite, both on the phone and in person. Brian was the technician who was sent out on this service call. He was very experienced and resolved the issue quickly. Due to my curiosity, Brian also explained everything he was doing for my learning benefit. Thank you RC Heating & Cooling for your outstanding service and very reasonable pricing. I will definitely continue my business with you in the future and refer anyone I know to your company.

We've worked with RC Heating & Cooling twice now. The first time was for our heater We thought we'd need a new heater, but the guy (who came immediately at the end of the day!) really knew what he was doing and changed a small part. This was two years ago and still going strong. More recently, they came right over and fixed or AC. Very prompt service, courteous and knowledgeable employees, reasonable prices. Strongly recommended!

We have been using RC Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration for our heating and cooling maintenance/service for two years now. We find their technicians to be the best we have had. They are aware of the cost of these systems, and have helped us maintain our rather old system. They are clear on when it may be time for a new system, but do not rush us into something new just to make money. We really appreciate that! Also, the technicians are very thorough on the maintenance side of things and are happy to explain clearly just what his process is and how our heat pumps work. These came to us on a Sunday when our AC wasn't working on a hot day. they quickly assessed and resolved our issue, and the fees were reasonable. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely use RC again.

RC came out bright and early after calling them just the evening before and they were so knowledgeable about our system, got us back up and cooling in no time and went above and beyond. We had another company come out before RC and they wanted to sell us a new unit without even diagnosing our system. Thank you so much RC we are so greatful!

We wake up one morning and the house is cold, like real cold. I send my boyfriend to the furnace in the crawl space to try and figure out what was wrong. He cant figure it out. He makes some calls and 406 was the only company to answer. They were so helpful and sent Kevin to us out in laurel and he was there within 15 mins. He found the problem, got it fixed for us and showed my boyfriend how to do some maintenance stuff to make sure our old furnace keeps what little life it has left. Kevin was so personable and professional as well as the lady we spoke too, Kristin? We were charged a very reasonable fee as well. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Brett, Mike and all the guys were amazing. What made me even get a quote was the wonderful lady who took my call. We had several "quotes" but all were just for one option. We spoke with Brett the owner and he gave us every option for heating and cooling of our home. He took his time and gave us the best and most budget friendly option. His guys went above and beyond to make sure my family is comfortable in our new home. They made every piece of this journey wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and even worked on Saturday to get our AC up and going. Brett also made sure we were happy every step of the way. I can not recommend them high enough. They are all amazing and if you need anything you can get ahold of someone 24/7 and it's not an answering service its them. Always there to help and genuinely care. Thank you all so much.

I have owned a restaurant here in Billings for the last 8 years. It's been pretty difficult finding an honest company to come in and do repairs on my kitchen equipment. 406 HVAC is everything I've been looking for!
